There is a gravel path leading to 3 steps down to a paved patio area. The property is entered via a porch with an outside light. The outside door is 73cm wide and the inside one 72cm wide, each with a 4cm step. The rear door leads to the separate utility room across a concrete yard. The door is 62cm wide and there are two steps down to the yard. The interior is all on one level and has vinyl flooring throughout and the area is uncluttered. The seating for the breakfast bar is on stools with backs and footrests. The shower room door is 71cm wide. The shower tray is 24cm high. The shower room is half tiled with black tiles and painted white above the tiles. The basin has a mixer tap. The kitchen sink has separate hot and cold taps. The walls in the main area are all painted cream. Lighting is good throughout. The TV has a remote control. There is no telephone; however, the owners house is close by if there is an emergency. All electric power points are at a low level (except for worktop level points and television). The switch for the heated towel rail is 206cm high. All light switches and immersion heater switch are approx 147cm high
