This cottage near Llandovery is one of a pair of attractive stone former farm buildings, converted and maintained to a high standard and located in a peaceful situation about 5 miles NE Llandovery, 8 miles SW Llanwrtyd Wells and about 20 miles to Brecon or Builth Wells. A lovely rural location on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Llandovery cottage has double and twin bedrooms, ground floor bath/shower room and separate WC, fitted kitchen/diner/lounge with rugs over a tiled floor and an open fireplace. Washing machine, freezer, microwave, TV + Freeview, DVD and oil central heating. Enclosed garden shared with the cottage W200, garden furniture and barbecue, bike storage, access to adjoining fields - extensive walking and mountain bike trails from the door. Can be used with W200 and W243 to sleep up to 21. Towels available by arrangement.

This is a barn conversion on a working farm There is front and rear access: front 2 steps, rear gentle slope and 1 step. No ramp. The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users. The property is accessed via the farmyard (uneven surface), with parking directly outside the front door. There are outside lights, front and rear, activated by movement sensors. The rear garden is on 3 levels, 2 of which are flat (1 large chippings and 1 lawned), and is accessed directly from rear door. The ground floor of the property is all on one level (living/dining/kitchen plus bathroom, toilet and utility). Ground floor tiled throughout. Two rugs with non-slip backing. Both bedrooms on first floor accessed by stairs (5 steps, landing, 5 steps) with handrail. Stairs and first floor carpetted throughout. Both bedrooms have low headroom over bed-heads. All electric power points (except for worktop level points in kitchen area) are at approx. 450mm and light switches at 1400mm. All rooms have good lighting (fixed: ceiling and directable spots and moveable: 1 bedside lamp per guest, standard lamp). Television and video both operated by remote controls. Living spaces are uncluttered. Thermostatic controlled water temperature in bathroom and kitchen. Fire extinguisher and blanket sited between cooker hob and doorway.
