The open-plan living room has oak flooring and high beamed ceiling, magnolia painted brick and stone walls; lounge area with large L-shaped leather sofa, remote control TV and DVD player; dining table and six chairs; fitted kitchen area to one side with white units and black worktops. There are spotlights and wall lights. There are two ground floor bedrooms. The double and single bedrooms are carpeted, have magnolia emulsion walls and beamed ceilings, cream fitted wardrobe units, ceiling spotlights and bedside reading lights. From the living room, a narrow wooden staircase, with banister to the right, rises to a gallery bedroom looking down over the living room, with low sloping beamed ceiling giving limited headroom, two single beds, white emulsion decor, and spotlighting. The bathroom (ground floor) also has a tiled floor, fully tiled walls in pale pastel shade, white bathroom suite, with electric power shower over the bath. Beamed ceiling and a shaver light over the mirror above the basin. Across the courtyard there is a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and shared freezer (there is also a washing machine and fridge/freezer in the cottage).
