A self-contained first floor apartment near Abereiddy with views to the sea in the hamlet of Berea, about a mile from the beach at Abereiddy and the Pembrokeshire coastal path. This is 4 miles NE of St David's and a couple of miles or so from Porthgain with its interesting harbour and renowned Sloop Inn. Visitors have use of a lovely indoor heated swimming pool and suntrap patio (shared with the owners). The Abereiddy apartment has two bedrooms (a double and one with full-size bunks), a shower room and kitchen/living room including TV, DVD and electric log effect stove; also Dimplex storage heaters and Wi-Fi. Use of utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Enclosed garden with lawn and picnic table. A lovely location close to the coast, with golf at St David's, surfing and other activities at Abereiddy and Whitesands, boat trips to Ramsey Island, local galleries and potteries. No smoking inside. Towels available @ £3 per person per week.

Crows Nest is a first floor apartment which is accessed through a garden and up a flight of 12 steps. The steps have 200mm risers and 240mm treads with a handrail to one side. Access to the garden from the road is via a narrow path, which has a 90 degree turn. We believe this would be unsuitable for a wheelchair. Parking is provided to the right side of the ground floor of the building. The main entrance to the apartment is through a small porch at the top of the steps and along a short concrete path. The porch outside door has a slight rise and from the porch here is a small step up to the apartment door. The apartment is on one level inside with a narrow corridor leading from the kitchen/living room to the bedrooms and bathroom and is carpeted throughout. All walls are white and doors and frames are stained brown. Power points are at a low level except for those in the kitchen which are at counter height. Light switches are at shoulder height and a good range of lamps are available throughout the cottage. The TV has remote control; there is no telephone.
