This is a typical Pembrokeshire cottage, which is around three hundred years old. Access via the front door is directly off the pavement to a hall with lounge and snug off. The ceilings are fairly low in these rooms with one lower than average door leading to the dining room. Rear access is down a short narrow lane leading to a large gravel parking area (room for three cars). There are two steps up to a lawn, and a further three steps up to a large deck outside the back of the house and back door. Immediately inside is a small hall with bathroom (WC, bath, basin and separate shower cubicle) and a separate WC off. One step up leads to the kitchen and a further three steps lead up to the dining room (there is a child safety gate at the top of these steps) The door from dining room leads through to the lounge at the front of the house. From the front hall there is a dog leg staircase (child safety gate at the top) leading up to a landing with two bedrooms off - one double and one twin. All sockets are at 370mm high and most have child safety covers. Lighting is good throughout. Due to the nature of the property (old and full of character) there are various levels within the house and in the garden. Therefore we feel it is probably not suitable for the infirm or visually impaired.
