Approached from Lamphey Village via B4584 for 3 miles then in Freshwater East travel down Trewent Hill towards beach for 500 yards taking left down lane signed Devon Court Private Road. House is on right 50 yards down this road. Main entrance door reached by tarmac driveway and 4 steps 7 inches high. Alternative entrance via Patio door 1 metre wide at rear of property and 2 steps 6 inches high. Decked patio can be accessed from main driveway and then across level grass area 12 metres onto decking. Guests met on arrival by owner, who can assist with luggage. Garden is approximately 1/5th acre, mainly lawned with flower beds tiered from decking. Steps down to each tier to access path to dunes. 24 steps, 0.75m wide down to lower tier. Garden is on incline down to the dunes. Private walkway from edge of lawn to dunes via 24 inches wide path, not suitable for wheelchair access. Main lounge is split level with bottom level accessed via three 6 inches steps from top level. Bottom level is 2 steps 6 inches high up from decking. Top level is accessed from entrance porch with outside light. Main entrance leads to kitchen area, main dining room, bathroom with WC, all on same level with 2 bedrooms accessed via stairs. Master bedroom accessed through smaller bedroom. All rooms well lit with natural and artificial lighting. Kitchen has extensive work tops with standalone cooker. Well lit lounge and dining area, (natural and artificial lighting), with TV (teletext) operated by remote control. External lighting system to front of property automatically activated at dusk. Guide dogs welcome. Public Transport (local bus service) approx 800 metres to sheltered bus stop.
