Garden is on incline down to the dunes. Private walkway from edge of lawn to dunes via 24 inches wide path, not suitable for wheelchair access. Well lit lounge and dining area, (natural and artificial lighting), with TV (teletext) operated by remote control. External lighting system to front of property automatically activated at dusk.
