This is a typical farmhouse recently renovated. There is a new front entrance and driveway with plenty of parking space by the front door. This is all level ground which includes a large lawn and level paths. There is a shed next to the house to keep bicycles, surf boards, pushchairs etc. There is a small step at the front door entrance and the ground floor is all on one level and the stairs, with a hand rail are behind the front door. Again there is a small step into the two front bedrooms but the back bedroom and bathroom are on the level. Walls upstairs are different shades of yellow; there are white skirting boards and door frames, and original wooden doors which have easy grip black doorknobs right through the house. Downstairs the walls are different shades of brown. On one side of the house and grounds there is a wall and on the other side, post and rail and stock proof fencing recently erected. There is also a small hand gate to the road with two steps.
