This 17th Century Grade II listed first floor flat conversion is adjacent to the owner's farmhouse and is accessible by car through a shared yard. Visitors are able to park within 5 metres of the main door and the parking area is level to the door. This leads into a large, slate floored entrance lobby with two short flights of stairs, each has its own stair lift, leading to the first floor galleried landing. An ability to walk 4 metres between the two lifts is necessary. From the galleried landing access to the flat, all on one level, begins with the living and kitchen areas. The bathroom is between there and the very large bedroom. It has 2 handholds, a grip mat and a shower /bath adaptor. The TV and CD players are operable by remote control. The flat is very light and open, but has no telephone, though mobiles do work well in this area. The flat is a no smoking unit.
