Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage heating @ £20/week Sept-April. This Llangrannog farmhouse offers a peaceful rural location with country walking from the door, fishing from farm land, golf and ski-slope at Llangrannog and plenty of local visitor attractions. This rural 125 year old farmhouse has been extended 10 years ago to accommodate a wheelchair user. There is ample parking space with a level path to the front door, and a path leading to a ramp at the back door. The ground floor is level with a large lounge which has remote control lifting and tilting armchair. The ground floor twin bedroom has ample space for a wheelchair, again with remote control lifting and tilting bed. There is also a modern commode chair in the bedroom. The ground floor shower room has been fitted with a washbasin designed for wheelchair users, a walk-in shower with shower chair and grab rails, and a WC with rails. Lighting is good throughout the house with power points at approx 440mm high and light switches at 1500mm. The staircase leading to the first floor has a turn near the top and a handrail on the right. The first floor bathroom is on the left at the turn of the stairs, with three bedrooms and a cot room on the same level at the top of the stairs. There is ample space outside with paths, paved area and lawn all level. Both ground and first floor rooms and hallways are spacious and uncluttered.
