This is an old cottage with parking available directly outside. There are two steps leading up to the front door (270mm & 130mm high). The door also has a threshold step. Parking is also available on the driveway alongside the cottage, with two small steps leading to a side door. The cottage has pale walls with contrasting coloured doors throughout. The hallway, living room and kitchen are all on one level. The living room has a remote controlled TV and DVD player. There is a single flight of stairs with a turn at the top, and a handrail on the right hand side. There is an upstairs bathroom on the left at the top of the stairs with a pull switch for light, and the main double bedroom is on the right. The smaller double bedroom has restricted access around the bed. There are bedside lamps throughout. All electric power points (except for worktop level points in the kitchen) are at approximately 400mm, and light switches are approximately 1400mm. There are small threshold steps to the dining room and conservatory, and also from the conservatory to the garden. Outside is a level patio area, with a step up to a level garden. This may also be reached via a small slope to the side of the patio. No telephone.
