Retaining several original features of the old stone barn, this Builth Wells cottage has 4 bedrooms (king-size + ensuite shower room, a double and 2 singles), a shower room, a well-fitted kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, and a comfortable lounge with patio doors to a shared rear garden; six-seater hot tub. Gas "coal effect" stove on stone hearth, digital TV, DVD and night storage heaters. Shared utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. By utilising inter-connecting doors, the barn can be used with L344/5, sleeping up to 17 people. This is ideal touring and walking country and is only a couple of miles from the busy little market town of Builth Wells on the River Wye. Walkers and cyclists are welcome, with secure bike storage available; stabling for horses is also available. No smoking, please. Towels provided.

This two-story cottage has a fully slabbed patio area at front with a 125mm step to front door. Large kitchen/dining area, drop down oven door. Downstairs toilet. Lounge leads of from the hall with glass doors leading out to path and lawn area, small step. Upstairs has four bedrooms (one is a large room) with turning stairs and banisters to the left. All bedrooms have bedside lights or pull cords. Shower rooms have glass door (no hand rails) . There is remote control TV, power switches and light switches are at the recommended height, door sizes are 825mm. Mobile phone signal only outside. Laundry room access with small step.
