Shared play area and games room, bikes, cycle and nature trails, oak treehouse for badger watching, lambing April - end May. Falconry comes to the farm so guests can learn to fly owls & hawks (pre-book). Located opposite K177, together sleeping 11. Camping by arrangement with the owners. No smoking inside. The property is a first floor 3-bedroomed converted farm building with parking close to the accommodation. There are 2 steps up on to a small terrace area and the 10 external steps up to the level roof garden and front door of the property. The accommodation and roof garden are all on the same level. The open-plan area as you enter includes a kitchen, sitting room and dining area. There is a shower room with toilet and basin, as well as a separate toilet.
