The surrounding terrain is hilly and paths may be steep and uneven and access to amenities involves passing through gates and possibly rough ground in a farm environment. However the narrow tarmac road adjacent is very quiet and provides easier walking, with some hills. This loft is a 1-bedroomed apartment in the top of the farmhouse. Parking is 10 metres from the accommodation along a path with five steps. From the front door there is a continuous flight of 13 steps up into the apartment. The loft is on one level, but with 6 inch floor beams at 2 doorways. The open-plan living area includes kitchen, sitting room and dining area. There is a shower room off the landing. Rooms are spacious, but all have sloping ceilings. The level roof garden is down at front door entrance level.
