A lovely detached stone cottage near Moelfre on a working farm about ¾ mile from the superb sandy beach at Lligwy, 1 mile west of Moelfre. Spacious accommodation of a superior standard, with ground floor king-size bedroom with French windows, bath/shower room, excellent fitted kitchen, utility and double height living room with French windows to the garden and a gas "woodburner". Staircase up to a mezzanine with sofa bed and a twin bedroom. This Moelfre cottage has underfloor (wood upstairs, slate downstairs) central heating and is fully equipped including dishwasher, TV & DVD. Enclosed lawned garden with barbecue & garden furniture and a shared games room with table tennis, pool table & table football. Celtic ruins, an ancient burial mound and C12th church are all to be found on the farm. No smoking. Fri-Fri bookings. Towels available @ extra cost. Short breaks: min 3 nts, Nov-Mar only.

This is a detached barn conversion with access off a gravel path. Parking is on a gravel area adjacent to the cottage gardens. Access to the inside of the property is through two sets of French doors from a slate patio. Both doors have a small step up and then a step down into the property. On the ground floor, accessed by the first set of French doors, there is a large living area combining a kitchen/dining room and sitting room. On the same level and through a door from the sitting area is a double bedroom, this can also be accessed from the slate patio through the second set of French doors. One step up from the kitchen / dining area is a utility room and a bathroom/shower/WC .There is a stairway from the sitting area to a half landing and then two further steps to a mezzanine level with a sofa bed, there is a further bedroom on the same level. The floors downstairs are slate and ceramic tiles with rugs, upstairs the floors are wooden floorboards with rugs. Walls, doors and doorframes are painted in pale colours and lighting is good throughout .The bathroom walls are all tiled. The light switches are at 1200mm and the sockets at 500mm. There is no telephone, the television has remote control.
