One of a pair of top quality cottages near Moelfre in the owners' grounds (and near I145/8) facing lawned areas with landscaping. This is one mile from Lligwy beach and 2 miles from the village of Moelfre on the north-east coast of the island. Suitable for disabled guests, this Moelfre cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. On the first floor is a king-size bedroom, oak floored bath/shower room and a lounge with panoramic sea and rural views; TV (with Freeview), DVD, video and oak flooring. Well-equipped ground floor kitchen/diner including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Oil central heating @ £35/week Sept - mid May (extra cost on request in summer) and solar heated water. Lawn, summerhouse, barbecue and play area in adjacent paddock. Regular low floor bus service stop 100m. Excellent pub/food 1 mile, wonderful beaches, local sailing, windsurfing, fishing and golf. No smoking inside. Towels provided. Dog welcome but sorry, no puppies or other pets. Short breaks: min 3 nts, Nov-Mar only.

This property is situated near to I145 and I148, down a 35 metre drive which leads to hard landscaped, level paved areas. There are dedicated surfaced parking areas within 20 metres. There is level (wheelchair accessible) access 850mm entrance doors off the hard paving area into a porch and then through a 850mm entrance doors to the kitchen/dining area. A vehicle can stop within three metres of the doorways. The ground floor is level throughout. Hard wood floors to the kitchen/dining area and an adjacent carpeted ground floor twin bedroom with a wheelchair accessible wet shower room with toilet and basin suitably equipped for disabled users, including an alarm system and hearing loop. Normal stairs lead up to a small landing with first floor hard wood floored lounge with sea and country views. Double bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. Full central heating with thermostatic valve control. All service dogs are welcome but pet dogs are by arrangement only. No cats or other pets permitted and no dogs are allowed to be left in the property unattended at ANY time. Public transport is available at Penrhos Junction with the A5025 not more than 300 metres away. Buses run at least every hour in each direction 0800 hrs to 2200hrs. Basic requirements can be pre-ordered for your arrival. Nearest shops are Moelfre, Benllech, Pensarn of Amlwch, at 2, 3, 3 and 5 miles respectively. The nearest public house is the Pilot Boat Inn approx one mile and with a restaurant and other good hostelries within an eight mile radius. A coin operated telephone is available in the porch of the main house, with listings of emergency telephone numbers. Mobile phones have limited operational coverage. There is an information pack. There is a colour TV with remote control. There is limited satellite programmes, also a DVD player and video recorder and we ask guests to refrain from changing TV settings. Garden tables with integrated seating are provided.
