Surrounded by peaceful farmland and 5 miles from beautiful sandy beaches at Dulas or Lligwy, this lovely cottage on Anglesey is 2 miles NE of Llanerchymedd. The Anglesey cottage is beamed throughout and has a sitting room with digital TV, DVD and a woodburner in the inglenook (some logs supplied), a kingsize double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen/diner including fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a 'sun room' and a utility with washing machine and shower/WC. Upstairs is a twin room and a spacious bathroom approached through a double bed/sitting room (reduction in lowest season if only this bedroom used). Oil-fired central heating @ £35/wk and a private garden with patio furniture and barbecue. Ideal for walkers with plenty of space for walking gear and lock-up storage for cycles. No smoking inside, please. Towels provided.

A stone cottage built three hundred years ago. The access leads off a quiet country road. The tarmac driveway is about 150yds long and leads to a large gravelled parking/turning area. Parking is in close proximity to the property (4yds). Access to the cottage is from the gravelled area from which a small step leads to a short cobbled walk (approx 3yds) to a porch that has a small slate step. The half glazed front door leads into the sitting room. There is a porch light. The accommodation downstairs consists of the sitting room which has a woodburner that it placed on a raised platform (4") in an inglenook, which has independent illumination. The seating is varied offering different heights of chair. Large TV with teletext and remote control. A downstairs bedroom leads from the sitting room. Two stone steps lead to the kitchen which is all electric including cordless kettle. A half glazed door leads down a step into the utility/playroom with dishwasher and washing machine. A downstairs WC, basin and shower lead off the utility room. The private garden is accessed from a split door that leads to a stone flagged area, a step down leads to the lawned area. Garden furniture is solid wood with additional chairs stored in the utility room. Upstairs is accessed by a wooden staircase that consists of four risers, a small landing and a turn to the left leads to further steps leading to a large double bedroom/sitting room. The overhead beams are a strong feature of the room. The wood is clearly visible as it stands in strong contrast to the pale walls and ceiling. The accommodation leads to a large bathroom through a low doorway. A twin bedroom is accessed from the double bedroom. Our clients all receive details information about the cottage.
