This large Victorian house has recently been refurbished throughout to provide three self-contained apartments. Parking is available in a lay-by opposite the house. The property is built on a terrace, 10 foot above the road level. Access to the terrace is either by a flight of stone steps or a ramp and steps, however further access to reach the rented apartments is necessary. This is achieved by negotiating a smooth slate floored path running along the side of the property followed by a wide external metal stair case to reach the second (H587) and third floor entrances. A further short flight of internal stairs needs to be negotiated from the apartment's external door to the accommodation level. Once within the apartment a modern minimal style allows for easy access between rooms. Sliding door access to a large ensuite shower (700x1200) means that those unable to climb in and out a bath can easily wash themselves. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from bed or chair level. Remote controls are provided for TV, video and radio/CD player.
