This cottage is a large grade II listed Welsh stone house, containing two separate apartments. As it is built into a hillside with terraced gardens, they can be reached directly from street level. This apartment is reached along a gently sloping path and has large windows affording fabulous views. 1. Walls are painted in pale matt emulsion with white doors and frames 2. The door knobs are 127cm high and light switches are at 139cm 3. All beds have bedside lamps and TV has remote control 4. Power points are at floor level except those on the kitchen work surfaces 5.
