This is a terraced cottage with access to the small front garden directly off the road. There is no pavement. Parking is outside the garden gate, or within 100m. The back garden consists mostly of a paved patio. The front door opens into the living room, which in turn opens into the kitchen by a door-way which is low, & has two steps. The staircase is steep and narrow with a hand rail on the left hand side. The bedroom and small shower room are to the left at the top of the stairs. Walls are light coloured throughout, with contrasting doors and lighting is good. Outside, at the back there are six steps of varying sizes, with a hand rail to the left, leading up to the patio. The cottage is probably not suitable for the infirm, or severely visually impaired, but every effort has been made to render it suitable for sufferers from asthma or allergies. There is non-allergenic bedding, and there have been no animals in the property since its complete refurbishment in 1996.
