The property is accessed along a private drive with two gates which are always open. It has a large gravelled parking area and vehicles can unload outside the front door. There is good outside lighting and a path leading to a level patio and garden. The ground floor of the property is all on one level and there is plenty of room to manoeuvre a wheelchair with all doors having a clear opening of at least 800mm. Ground floor accommodation comprises of a lounge/kitchen, bathroom and en-suite double bedroom (with cubicle shower). The staircase is straight with a handle on the right-hand side. Walls throughout are mostly pale with pine stained doors and door frames. There is plenty of additional lighting throughout. There is freeview TV with DVD. There is no phone but good mobile phone signal across most networks. The owners live in adjacent accommodation, if required for information, assistance or emergencies.
