A former farm building converted into two excellent adjoining cottages on a mixed farm, whose farm shop is well known in the area. With easy access to the A55 and attractions of the North Wales coast, it is 3 miles from Colwyn Bay and enjoys lovely views over the surrounding countryside. This smaller cottage has an open-plan fitted kitchen/living room with a large door to the front patio. On the first floor is a double bedroom and shower room. TV, DVD, gas central heating and shared external utility with washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer. Garden furniture and use of owners lovely garden. Nearby golf, all-weather bowls and horseriding. Excellent walking, half hour to Snowdonia, 9 miles Llandudno. No smoking inside. Towels available @ £5 per person per week.
