This a single storey bungalow style property with ample parking. It has two main access; front door with no edge and one low wide step and a back door with two wide steps.
The drive and the approach from the drive consist of level slaps leading round to the back and to the patio which has two steps leading to it. There is a sliding door leading from the living area out to the patio.
There is an enclosed garden all around with a wooden gate to close on the drive. The back door leads into the kitchen and opposite the back door there is a door on the same level to the utility room. Once inside the property, all floor levels are even. The living area and bedrooms are uncluttered but the corridor leading to the bathroom would be unsuitable for wheelchair users as it might prove narrow and awkward to manoeuvre.
Walls throughout are all of cream colour and solid oak doors and white doorframes. Lighting is good. The TV and the TV in the bedroom has a remote control. There is no phone. All electronic power points are at a low level (except for worktop level points in the kitchen and shaver points in the wet room and the bathroom). All light switches (excluding side light) are at approx 1400mm from the floor. Bedrooms are carpeted. Porch, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas have tiled floors with under floor heating throughout.
