This is a semi-detached stone cottage on the owners' property. The cottage is approached via a 2 mile track, uneven in places, through the pine forest. Cars can be brought close to the rear (kitchen) door for unloading, and there is plenty of space for parking adjacent. There is a threshold at each door, but otherwise, no internal steps on the ground floor. On the ground floor of the property is a spacious kitchen diner, with tiled floor, beamed ceiling and light emulsion painted walls, a separate utility room, and a cosy sitting room with beamed ceiling, large rug over carpeted floor, light coloured walls and large stone fireplace to one side. There are TVs in sitting room and dining area, both with remote controls. The sitting room opens into the conservatory, with vertical blinds at the windows, and French windows out onto front garden and overlooking views. There is a ground floor bedroom (double) off the living room, with bath/shower room leading off it (with shower over the bath). Walls are light painted emulsion, and doors are wood. Bedrooms are carpeted, and there are bedside lights as well as centre lights in each room. From the living room, a flight of stairs leads up the first floor with banister rail to the left and wall on the right. Leading off the landing is a twin bedroom and a room with WC and basin. Grounds are shared with the owners.
