The Portmeirion cottage has a spacious main room with exposed trusses and beams, three piece suite, oak dining table and a 5ft "sleigh" bed in one corner. Twin bedroom, shower room and compact fitted kitchen. TV, electric convectors and oil filled radiators. Sitting area and use of garden with 2 small ponds (young children to be supervised). Located in the beautiful Vale of Ffestiniog with lovely views and ideally placed for mountain biking, bird watching, Ffestiniog railway and lovely beaches. Short drive to the Osprey nest viewing point, for which the owners are part of the protection team.
