This is a traditional bungalow on a farmyard, with its own level gardens, mostly lawned, with garden furniture and barbecue. There is another property to the right of the farmyard, and farm buildings to the left. Parking is usually on the farmyard, but guests can pull the car direct up to the gate to allow any less able guests to get out. There is then a short concrete path leading to the front door. There are two steps at the front door. The front door width is 80cm. Alternative access is via the conservatory to the side, with a threshold step. The conservatory floor is tiled, with a large rug in the centre. From the conservatory, there are two steps up into the kitchen diner. Once inside the bungalow, everything is on the level, carpeted throughout. The bungalow is suitable for the less able, but is not sufficiently spacious for wheelchair users. Heating is by night storage heaters, with additional electric heaters to supplement. The lounge includes a coal fire, with back boiler which heats water; also an electric fire. The TV has Freeview and there is a DVD player. In the bathroom, the shower is over the bath, and there is a washbasin; the WC is separate, adjacent. There are three bedrooms, double with TV/DVD player, twin and a small single bedroom which also includes a cot. There is a kitchen diner combined, including cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, slim dishwasher and washing machine. There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher. Guests are welcome on the farm; there are cows, sheep, sheepdogs, cats, hens, etc; be aware that there are tractors and other farm machinery in use on the farm: children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
