The village of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, 2 miles away, has several shops and pubs and leads to renowned Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, 6 miles. Oswestry 14 miles, Bala for watersports and lake railway, 15 miles. No smokers, please. Towels provided.

This property is approached by a short uphill drive which is suitable for all vehicles. There is no garage, but there is ample parking space. There is one step into front hallway, and one into back utility room from back door. All rooms are then on the same level. There are 2 sensory lights on the bungalow, plenty of space for sitting out on the wide paths around the property. The TV has remote control, but there is no telephone. Lighting is good in all rooms with extra lamps in all rooms. Living rooms and bedrooms are all decorated in pale shades.
