This is a recent conversion of a 2 storey farm building, adjoining the owner's home. Access to the property is via double gates onto a gently sloping concrete drive. There are two shallow steps onto the concrete patio with outside lighting. A small lawn is accessible via three stone steps. The sole entrance has one slate step up to a solid wooden floor, 840mm wide. The ground floor is all on one level comprising 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The slate floored hallway is 900mm wide with two bedrooms opening to the left. They are both carpeted with wall lights and bedside lights. Straight ahead is the bathroom which has a lino floor. All doors are wooden, 760mm wide, with white door frames and black handles. The wooden staircase rises from the hallway and has a wooden handrail on the left hand side. There is a wall light clearly illuminating the stairs. There are no doorways upstairs. The first floor is an open plan living area with a wooden floor. The kitchen area is clearly defined by contrasting lino flooring. There are spotlights in the kitchen, and a combination of overhead lighting and table lamps in the living area. The TV has remote control. There is no telephone. Throughout the property walls are pale with white door frames. All electric power points (except for worktop level points in the kitchen) are at approx. 500mm, and light switches at 1300mm.
