A delightful, detached stone cottage near Llanfair Caereinion standing on its own down a short lane off the A458 3 ½ miles west of this small town (shops and pubs etc). Maintaining its character throughout and with some low beams, the Llanfair Caereinion cottage has two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a 'box' room with a 2'6" single bed. Approx 150 year old renovated detached cottage standing on its own down a short lane. Parking: ample to side and front; gravel surface. Outside light at rear entrance, sensor light at front entrance. Level garden accessible from rear door; small wooden kerb between lawn and side area. Entrances: threshold step approx. 100mm to both front and rear. Ground floor: lounge (remote control TV), dining room, kitchen and shower room; all on one level. Shower room not accessible by a wheelchair. Kitchen (quarry tiled floor) has an arched opening of at least 800mm. Lounge and dining room connected by door having a clear opening of at least 800mm. Staircase: twist at bottom and near the top, has a handrail on left. First floor: main bedroom to the right directly at top of stairs, second and third bedrooms on same level.
