A delightful, detached stone cottage near Llanfair Caereinion standing on its own down a short lane off the A458 3 ½ miles west of this small town (shops and pubs etc). Maintaining its character throughout and with some low beams, the Llanfair Caereinion cottage has two bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a 'box' room with a 2'6" single bed. Downstairs is a shower room, a dining room with an archway leading to the fitted kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a beamed sitting room with a Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and woodburner in the fireplace; oil-fired central heating @ £20/wk. Outside is a small lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue, bordering a stream. Fishing on the River Banwy by arrangement with the owner and coarse fishing nearby. Towels provided.

Approx 150 year old renovated detached cottage standing on its own down a short lane. Parking: ample to side and front; gravel surface. Outside light at rear entrance, sensor light at front entrance. Level garden accessible from rear door; small wooden kerb between lawn and side area. Entrances: threshold step approx. 100mm to both front and rear. Ground floor: lounge (remote control TV), dining room, kitchen and shower room; all on one level. Shower room not accessible by a wheelchair. Kitchen (quarry tiled floor) has an arched opening of at least 800mm. Lounge and dining room connected by door having a clear opening of at least 800mm. Staircase: twist at bottom and near the top, has a handrail on left. First floor: main bedroom to the right directly at top of stairs, second and third bedrooms on same level. Walls throughout are mostly pale with dark brown contrasting doors and frames. All electric power points (except kitchen) are at approx 450mm above ground level with light switches at approx 1300mm.
