A Pet goes Free to Wales Holidays Cottages!

6th February 2010

Of course you want to bring your dog on holiday with you for a winter short break or a longer holiday (your dog will probably prefer the latter) as he’s part of the family! One pet is welcome at many cottages let by Wales Holidays and the good news is that there is no extra charge.

Search facilities for properties that take a pet are available on our web site and look out for ‘Pet Welcome’ in the cottage description heading. ‘Pet by arrangement’ means please check with us if your dog will be acceptable to the owner of the cottage – just phone or email us.

Dogs are allowed on most beaches (with few restrictions during this quieter time of the year) so you and your pooch can enjoy Pembrokeshire’s stunning coastline, the broad expanses of Gower beaches, the remoteness of the Lleyn Peninsula and Anglesey and the beauties of the North Cambrian coast.

And the natural wonders of Snowdonia, the Brecon Beacons and the Elan Valley offer as much fun for pets as for Wales Cottage Holidays visitors!

Please follow the Countryside Code and keep your pets under close control at all times; and please don’t leave them unattended in your Wales Holidays cottage.
