Not many holiday cottages can offer their own private golf course, but Wales Holidays is very pleased to have just added one – along with its gorgeous property -to our selection of self-catering cottages. This former vicarage sleeping 9 is in a private location just outside the market town of Builth Wells, ideally placed for Mid Wales, the upper Wye Valley and Elan Valley. There are extensive enclosed gardens to all side and a 4 hole par 3 golf course with bunkers.
We have recently started letting a beautifully converted stone barn in the Teifi Valley, full of character with beams and ‘arrow slit’ windows. And having previously enjoyed life as a toll house into Dolgellau, this cottage also retains several original features and is within easy walking distance of the facilities of this historic market town.
Also now available is a former village blacksmith’s near the coast at New Quay and a superb conversion of a detached water mill in the Lampeter region, now spacious contemporary accommodation for a couple.
Other new additions include an attractively converted barn in the countryside near Tenby and Saundersfoot and three single storey cottages on a farm near Swansea, which offer quad biking, trekking and 4x4 lessons!
