Spring is in the air and the Easter holidays are just around the corner. If you can’t manage a whole week away, short breaks are now available in Wales Holidays cottages and farmhouses in the Swansea and Gower areas during the week leading up to Easter.One example is this converted stone barn in a small courtyard at Oxwich Green, within ½ mile of Oxwich beach on the south Gower coast and about 12 miles west of Swansea. Oxwich has a castle, nature reserve and pottery and is close to Penrice castle and Port Eynon and Rhossili bays for surfing and windsurfing.
Horse riding and golf are also available locally and Swansea is a must for its marina, museums, cinemas and leisure centre.
Mostly single storey, the cottage has three bedrooms to sleep 6 and you can walk from the door to the coast path.
